Family Visit & William's first 4th of July

Ricky's family came from Oregon for a 5 day visit and William got to meet his Grandpa Glen, Auntie Mallory, Uncle Chris, and his cousin Audrey for the first time.  This was also Ricky and my first time meeting Audrey and she is the sweetest little girl!  We had a great time with them and were sad to see everyone leave.  William also celebrated his first 4th of July.  He had a couple of special outfits which his Grandma Becky bought him and he sported each that day.  We went down to Corona del Mar in the morning (along with the rest of Southern California) and walked around.  It was a gorgeous day and a gorgeous view.  William had his first experience in his stroller and he did great!  My son LOVES to be held so I was not sure how it would go.  He seemed to like it and fell asleep.  :)  After, we spent some time at the hotel pool where Audrey had her first experience in the pool.  Then everyone gathered back at our home for a barbecue and fireworks which we watched on our back porch.  Here are some pics from the weekend.  Hope everyone had a Happy 4th!

William was done with the photo shoot at this point but Audrey was still posing!

Bathtime!

We gave William a bath this morning and it was the first time he did not scream the entire way through!  We wrapped him up in his little froggy towel after and he looked so cute I just had to share.

I had some fun with the camera yesterday afternoon.  Easy to do when you have such a cute baby!  :)

Our 4 week old!

William is 4 weeks!  I can't believe how fast the time goes.  If this keeps up he is going to be graduating from high school before we know it!  He continues to be our little joy and it is so fun to see him discovering and adjusting to the world around him.  Here are some pics from the last couple of weeks including Father's Day and his first play date with his friend Finn.

William is now 2 1/2 weeks old and we are having fun getting to know this little person.  He had his first pediatrician appointment this past Friday and he is now 7 pounds 3 ounces and 20 inches long which means he has gained his birth weight back plus some and grown a half an inch!  He is growing up before my eyes!  :)  Here are some more pictures of our precious boy.
