Months 2, 3, & 4

So, I am a little behind in posting Logan's monthly pictures.  I need to get better because, since I am not good at writing things down in a baby book, I figured the next best thing is to keep track of Logan's monthly milestones and development on this blog.  I know this may not interest all of you, so please bear with me.  :)  Here is a recap (as much as I can remember) of the last 3 months:

MONTH 2:

- Started smiling about 6 weeks
- First little baby giggles (sweetest sound ever!)
- Still sleeping in our room
- Sleeping 3-4 hour chunks at night
- Staying awake about an hour and 15 between naps
- Naps are not very long at this point.  No real schedule.

MONTH 3:

- Still sleeping about 3-4 hours at a time at night
- Naps get longer; anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours
- Always has a smile on his face.  :)
- Very content when awake

MONTH 4:

- At his four month check up he weighs 13.5 pounds
- Wake time is about an hour and a half
- Is wearing 3-6 month clothing
- Is getting a more predictable schedule during the day.  Taking 3-4 naps.
- Moved out of our room at 4.5 months!
- Bedtime is not really set yet.  That's next!
- Rolled over for the first time today!  Did it one other time around month 3 but has not since.  He has been working hard on rolling over and you can often find him on his side when put on his playmat.  If only that arm wasn't in the way!
- Hit a regression in night sleep.  He is still eating only a couple times a night, but is waking about every two hours.  I just read today that 4 month oldoften hit a sleep regression due to major cognitive developments that occur around this age.  Their little minds are working so fast that it keeps them up at night!  I am hoping that this will pass soon as Mommy is pretty tired!
- Everything goes into his mouth and he is getting better at holding his toys.
- Still a very happy, content little baby.  He loves to watch his big brother and just take it all in.  He smiles and everyone and everything.  You just look at him and a big smile breaks across his face.  Love this little guy!
